The first thing that you notice about the app, Snow Brawlin’ is that it takes you back to a time where a snow day meant, snow ball fights. Now imagine that you were a squirrel and….. Bingo! You have this fun game called Snow Brawlin’. This app is just one squirrel on squirrel on big squirrel snow brawlin’ action.

Snow Brawlin’ Pros:

Snow Brawlin’ was fun and entertaining and had great graphics. The characters and background were detailed and made this, Wack-a-Mole feeling, game pretty entertaining. As the game progresses, the level of intensity grows accordingly. The AI in this app works great to make this more and more challenging  as time goes on. Perhaps the best aspect of this game is all of the different controls that it uses to simply through a snow ball and dodge other’s snow balls. By now you realize that the more difficult the controls or concepts are to master; the more I enjoy the game. Snow Brawlin’ offers a good mix of movements and controls that will keep someone hooked while mastering this game.

Snow Brawlin’ Cons:

Something that I notice about games that are repetitive in action, is that level or background changes go a long way to keep my attention. This is simply a suggestion to improve the chances that I will play this game long term and not just the ten minutes that I am waiting for my plane. The only “weapon” that can be thrown, is a snow ball. I get it…. bazookas and machetes defeat the purpose of a snowball fight, but multiple snow balls, large snow balls or even yellow snow balls as power ups would add another layer to an already cool game. The game performed flawlessly and I was impressed with how solid it felt.

Over all this game was pretty cool. I liked the style of game play and the graphics were well done. This is an app that I will use for killing time in line or just for a quick and easy grin when I’m feeling board. Try the free version first and if you like the game you can always upgrade to pro.

- Good change on level intensity and AI difficulty
- Uses different command to achieve goals

Cons:

- Needs a level change
- It would be cool to have different weapons to throw. (bigger or multiple snow balls)

I give this game an 8/10 for being truly entertaining and unique. Good buy.
