Part 6 P Apple Corporate provide redress for the faulty phone and the cruel customer service. The latter is more perplexing but confirms my concern about the intergrity of the product they may have tried to give me as an exchange. Disappointed with a faulty 6mo no real diagnosis why new phone. Not confident time in repair making it a better phone was given as was stated by the store I purchased it from when I called them. Look at the tape. The my comment suggested my ethinictiy caused the staff to have a higer comfort level and indifferece to customre care and my request for a new phone was perhaps a poor choice. Stil the bantering by the manager later who came back and the false comments that I was yelling (look at the surviellance tape.) And finally the false accusation of me yelling was not accurate. I asked them to redo the paper work and take it off,

I did make reference my ethinicity may the customer service care less than responsive and this made manager very angry and walked away but walked back basically harrasing me for the comment I had made but really felt that day. He continued to talk and I told him I was done with the matter at least 8 times before he backe up. See his proximty to me on the tape. At the time the gentlemen came back with a phone in a open box. I did not trust it based on the callous care I had been given and the standby status they had placed me on without informing me at the time until I ask them to escalte it.

I cannot get the charge button to move and the apple figure come off and on on the phone.I had initially visited the Harrisburg Apple store 2x who directed me to Lancaster reassuring me of my warrant.The technician in the Lancaster store told me that it was not unusual for the phone to break after 6 months or anytime before because of corrupted software or a courrut application when I arrived around 4PM.
