All you need is a AdMob account and an internet connection.
Concerning Security:
One reviewer was concerned about security and I wanted to mention that your username and password is not stored anywhere but on your iPhone.
I am also currently working on a updated version which will clean up the user interface as well as adding a couple new bits of information.
